Ahom. I come to ask a favor of all. That you might humor this old man, Golden Eagle and do what will do you good. I see in all here that which can be got rid of with just sitting in the heat of the sweat lodge. I ask you to then do this thing. Have a lodge, a sweat lodge and those who can, go inside. And you will be healed of some things that you now carry as soot and that which should be got rid of.

What is the purpose of this thing? But to cause the body to release polluted waters in the sweat. It is so one of our most ancient traditions. So I leave with you this thing for your good, but If you can do it, I will be with you to help build it to make the fire hot, to cause each one to receive healing and blessing and to walk away better than when you entered.
