How to Organize a Lecture
If you would like to host a lecture with Dr. Michael Mau, please follow these steps.
1.Contact the Lecture Coordinator of the Sanctus Germanus Foundation to confirm a date and see Dr. Mau's availability. Two to three months in advance is good preparation. However, due to his travels and speaking engagements, the earlier the better. You will want to email the lecture coordinator, Betty.
2. Book a conference facility in a hotel, school, or any public venue. It would be wise to do this when you confirm with the foundation the date of the lecture.
3. Once you have all of the details of time and location, you can contact the foundation to have it posted on the site for others who might want to attend. This is if you wish to have an open event. If you wish to have a closed event, just for your friends and family, then you do not need to post it on the site.
4. Create a list of people you want to invite. This might be wise to do before you consider hosting a lecture so you have an idea of people interested.
5. Send your invitations. This should be done well ahead of the scheduled date so people can schedule accordingly.
Costs
Dr. Mau lectures free of charge, the host normally covers transport to the venue and hotel room for two nights. However, if hosts are in need of help, the Sanctus Germanus Foundation has limited funds to cover Dr. Mau's travel costs. It you are interested in hosting Dr. Mau and have further questions. please contact Betty.
