An Illustrated Version of the In-Breath Meditation

During the in-breath meditation, you will forge a path from your physical body into your etheric, astral, mental, and finally to your causal body. As you reach the higher mental and the causal body, you will be touching your soul. Periodic visits to your soul is the goal of this meditation.

As you inhale and exhale, imagine yourself looking at your spine.

Then visualize the spine as a column of light, looking at it as the doorway into another dimension.

With each inhalation you will get closer to the doorway. This is not easy in the beginning but with each meditation session, inhale and go in. Inhale and go in. This is a conscious effort of moving inch by inch into another dimension of your body.

Your first breakthrough will be to pass through the doorway. On the other side, you may find yourself in the energy field of your etheric body. Don't stop. Keep inhaling and exhaling. Go in deeper and deeper.

You may arrive in your interior space like the picture above. Each person will see something different. Focus on the large dot of light and keep going inward. The main point here is not to stop. Inhale and go in. Inhale and go in. You are essentially piercing the memory veil on your way to visit to your soul (your inner prelate) which is the ultimate aim of this meditation.

As you pursue your journey inward toward your soul, you may encounter scenes that your soul has experienced in previous lifetimes, but do not stop too long. Just observe, then keep going inward. After much practice you should begin encountering plateaus of light, and as you approach your soul, you will see more and more inner light and there will be an inner glow in your inner space.

As you regularly practice this meditation, your outward life will eventually begin to reflect you inward experience. Even if you think you are not making any progress, you are with each attempt. You will begin to experience the path of spiritual development.
